Shipping & Returns
At Fesro, we strive to ensure prompt and safe delivery of all your purchases. Our Shipping & Returns policy outlines how and when your orders are delivered, and what to do in case a return is required.
Shipping Process
- Fruits & Vegetables: Orders for fresh produce are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 1–2 business days to ensure maximum freshness. Delivery is currently available only in selected areas of Tamil Nadu.
- Clothing: Apparel orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location but generally take 3–7 working days.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping charges may apply based on weight, size, and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Policy
- Customers are advised to provide accurate and complete address details to avoid failed deliveries.
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, a reattempt may be scheduled at an additional cost.
- For fruits and vegetables, please inspect items at the time of delivery. Any damage must be reported immediately.
Return Policy
- Clothing: Clothing can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
- Fruits & Vegetables: Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence for a possible replacement or credit.

Refund Policy

Clothing Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for returned items that meet our return criteria (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
Fruits & Vegetables Refunds
- Due to their perishable nature, fruits and vegetables are non-refundable unless they are delivered in a spoiled or damaged condition.
- To claim a refund, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images showing the damage.
- In case of an approved claim, we may offer a full or partial refund, or store credit for a future order.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or offered during promotions may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
- Customized clothing items are also excluded from refunds unless they are defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or payment provider.
